Green Street

Princeton, New Jersey

 

This project was developed as an in-town live/work space for a Princeton restaurateur and architect. The program includes a two-level residence and architecture studio. The residential portion of the project is on the first and second levels. The architecture studio is located on the lower level. The first level has a large, open kitchen with 21’ high ceilings, that is partially separated from the dining/living space with a double-sided gas fireplace. The second level has three bedrooms, each with private baths. Exterior materials are western red cedar and Fleetwood custom aluminum windows. This project was completed in 2016.
