Martis Camp Residence

This project involved the design of a 5500 SF ski house on a 1.55 acre site with panoramic mountain and forest views. The property is steeply graded with a mix of open hillside and mature evergreen trees. The design maximizes the indoor/outdoor living experience with the use of large window walls, decks and patios that wrap the building envelope. A large great room with southwest views features a view-through fireplace and dining room with open kitchen. Separated by the central entry hall stairway, bedrooms have maximum privacy. A large home theatre tucked beneath the great room takes advantage of the sloping feature of the site. This project was completed in 2014.
