Nicasio Riding Club

This project involved the renovation of an existing equestrian riding facility and detached guesthouse. The equestrian facility includes a member clubhouse, twelve stall barn, outdoor paddocks, jump arena and dressage court.

A fully renovated two bedroom guesthouse overlooks the property and facility. Sustainable design was a high priority and every attempt was made to use the most energy efficient systems and materials. The project was completed in 2017.
